FAQ

Wait a minute. Is this that bar next to Harlem Public that paints their front a different color every year? The one with no sign? That place isn’t Harlem Public? I’M SO CONFUSED.
Yes. That is us. Take a deep breath. It’s the same owners as HP but we’ve got more of a bar vibe. Harlem Public got too restauranty for us so we wanted to build something we actually liked going to.

Do you take reservations?
No reservations. We’re a bar.

What time does your kitchen close?
Kitchen closes at Midnight during the week and 1AM on the weekends.

Are you a Cleveland bar? I saw a bunch of Cleveland shit all over the walls?
We are very much a pro Cleveland bar. One of our owners grew up in Cleveland so we must rep them hard.

Do you have happy hour?
Yes we do. But we’ve already got cheap prices for drinks and food. We don’t need a happy hour. It’s always happy hour.

How do I call you? I can’t find your phone number.
No phone. Please email us atthewallace@gmail.com

Why are you named At The Wallace? What the hell does that mean?
A man by the name of Robert Wallace built this building in 1906. When researching this we came across a book that mentions Robert Wallace and his wishes after it was finished, which would be his final build. “It is sincerely to be hoped that no matter what circumstances may arise in the future, no matter what changes may occur, that the name of Wallace will always be identified with this property.” When we read that, we knew we had to do the man justice. (Until he gets cancelled somehow and we have to change our name.)
